The health and safety of the people who use our products is our priority and forms the fundamental basis of our advice. We work exclusively with furniture that meets, or exceeds, the requirements of applicable European and Dutch standards and health and safety legislation, such as NEN-EN 1335, NEN-EN 527 and NPR 1813 certification.
We do not view these standards as a mere ‘tick-box exercise’, but as a rock-solid guarantee that our furniture provides the correct support and safety for intensive, daily use.
KMP has a comprehensive website where individuals and organisations can place orders and make payments online, or request a quotation. We can provide Punch Out Catalogues (OCI) featuring a specific product range tailored to the partner we are working with. Of course, you can always place orders by email or telephone.
Delivery times depend on the furniture manufacturer. As a rule, we allow for a lead time of approximately 5 weeks. It is possible to keep specific items of furniture in stock, subject to agreements we make with our clients.
We have our own logistics team and technical staff. We can deliver and assemble home workstations, as well as deliver and install equipment at various locations. Our technical staff hold a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and are authorised to work at customs facilities.
KMP employs its own staff who have a thorough understanding of the ergonomic issues people may experience. For employees with specific health issues (such as back or neck problems), we offer expert advice. We work with an expert in this field, who can provide individual advice where necessary at no additional costs. Where appropriate, we can provide people with a chair on a trial basis.
We guarantee the health and safety of all our customers, at every location, including at home.
KMP has a 650m² showroom at its premises in Lijnden. Visits are possible by appointment; we will ensure that the relevant products are on display. On-site visits are also possible, and in some cases these can be arranged in conjunction with a specific furniture manufacturer. Visits to manufacturers’ premises are also possible. Trialling products can certainly be arranged by prior arrangement.
